The Finnish Family Firms Association
was established in 1997 by name Family Business Network Finland.
Currently the Finnish Family Firms Association has over 300 member companies, of which over 50 are among the TOP 500 companies in Finland.
Total turnover of member companies is over 27 billion euros and they employ over 150 000 people.
The Finnish Family Firms Association is a member of the European Group of Family Enterprises, GEEF. Many of its' member companies belong to the Family Business Network International too.
Family Businesses are the backbone of the Finnish economy.
- Over 80 % of businesses are family businesses in Finland.
